If there is no control of who can enter a tavern, will there be a a way for the tavern owner to decide which bards can perform there?
What will you do, if anything, to ensure balance between sides of a siege? Not just in raw player numbers, but will there be any attempt at balancing out player strength, or just leave that up to other incentives?
